Special Education Support

Children in special conditions especially blind, deaf and/or dumb and/or those suffering from autism will be supported to attend boarding schools in the nearest special education facilities available.  FYSSO Ghana will support such individuals financially to augment government and parental contribution.  During vacations, the organization will facilitate attachment and internship programs at areas where they qualify to work for them to gain some experience and also to help integrate them into normal society working life.

Needy Students Scholarship

FYSSO Ghana will expand its scholarship scheme to assist brilliant children who cannot afford to sponsor themselves in school.  The sponsorship will be from the JHS through the SHS to the university level.  The initial selection process will begin at the community level with the PTAs and SMCs assisted by the organization’s officials, to screen applications for the facility before sending to a final committee consisting of District Directors of GES and FYSSO Ghana officials, who will then make recommendations to the FYSSO Ghana senior management for the award of the facility.
